Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Pinnacle UK and their customers.
  2. Pinnacle UK agrees to complete the order as per the customers’ requirements, as agreed with Pinnacle UK.
  3. Unless otherwise agreed, Pinnacle UK will provide the customer with a quote, which will need to be carefully checked by the customer before confirming it back to Pinnacle UK. Once confirmed by the customer, Pinnacle UK are unable to accept any liability for incorrect items being ordered and personalised. These will also be unable to be returned and will need to be paid for in full by the customer.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the goods ordered by the customer is due on collection of the goods. If the goods are being delivered, payment is due prior to the goods being dispatched. Failure to make payment will mean subsequent orders will be unable to be quoted or completed, until the balance is cleared in full.
  5. Pinnacle UK will communicate with the customer surrounding any desired changes to artwork or design, using our best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with requests. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any such changes and will advise of these prior to the changes being made.
  6. Pinnacle UK reserve the right to amend any previously agreed delivery time frames, due to stock levels, demand and any artwork or design specification changes.
  7. Pinnacle UK accepts returns of goods at their discretion unless an error has been made by Pinnacle UK or if the goods are deemed as faulty. In which case, we require the goods returned to be able to dispute the fault with our supplier.
  8. These terms and conditions apply to all orders between the customer and Pinnacle UK, repeat or initial, unless otherwise agreed.
  9. Special order items or products that do not form part of our standard range are unable to be returned, even if they are not personalised.
  10. All delivery shortages, damage, production errors or non-delivery need to be reported to Pinnacle UK within 48 hours either by phone or by email.
