Pinnacle UK offers organisations, clubs and individuals the opportunity to run their own online merchandise shop, fully managed by us from setup to delivery.

We take care of the hard work, so you can focus on promoting your brand and driving sales.

 


 

What We Offer

Free Online Shop Setup

We will design and build your online shop at no upfront cost, provided the shop is actively used and promoted (see Fair Usage Policy below).

 

End-to-End Order Management

We handle the entire process for you, including:

  • Compiling orders
  • Taking payments
  • Producing items
  • Delivering directly to your customers

 

There’s no need to manage order forms, spreadsheets or distribution.

 

Customised Merchandise

Customers can personalise products with:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Squad numbers

 

This is done via a comments box on the product page, keeping the process simple and flexible.

 

Earn Credits on Sales

As orders are placed through your shop, you earn credit which can be redeemed against:

  • Coaches’ kit
  • Volunteer clothing
  • Additional Pinnacle UK products

 

What We Need From You to Get Started

To build your online shop efficiently, we’ll need the following from you:

  • Your logo (vector format preferred, if available)
  • A list of 2–4 initial products you’d like to launch with
  • Confirmation of colours, branding and pricing
  • Any personalisation options you want to offer
  • Agreement to actively promote the shop once it’s live

 

Our advice:

If you’re unsure about demand, start small with 2–4 key products. Once the shop gains traction and sales increase, additional products can easily be added.

 

Your Responsibility

While we manage the shop, promotion is your responsibility.

Once live, we expect customers to actively market their shop via:

  • Social media
  • Websites
  • Email newsletters
  • WhatsApp groups
  • Members, parents or supporters

 

Online shops work best when they are regularly shared and promoted.

 

Fair Usage & Online Shop Terms

To ensure this service remains sustainable, the following terms apply:

  • Online shops are provided free of charge on the basis they are actively used
  • If a shop does not reach £500 in total sales within the first 12 months, a £250 setup fee will be charged
  • This reflects the time, design, admin and system costs involved in building and maintaining the shop
  • Shops that show consistent activity and promotion will never incur this charge

 

Our aim is not to penalise customers, but to ensure this free service is used as intended — as a genuine sales tool.
